Q.  What does it cost us to run this fundraiser? 

A.  Nothing!  We will provide everything you need including posters, flyers, order and tracking forms and ultmately the passes.  You pick up and pay for the passes at the participating club when your fundraiser wraps up. So you have your money and your passes right away!

Q.  How much do we earn from every pass sold?

A.  Your fundraising organization will earn 50% of the proceeds from every pass sold.  

Q.  How difficult is it to sell the short term membership passes?

A.  They are easy to sell.  Donation dollars are tight right now, it is true.  People are looking for great value.  This is a tremendous value!  A health club membership to any of the participating clubs usually includes an enrollment fee, and $50-$90 per month in dues.  So, this is an INCREDIBLE value, which makes the passes very easy to sell.  Also, most people are either involved in some sort of exercise program or know they need to be and are considering it.  This gives those  considering it a chance to try it out at an insanely low price.  Yes, they are simple to sell, and make great gifts!

Q.  How much, on average, are fundraising groups earning?

A.  Fundraising groups typically sell, on average, between 100-150 passes.  Although, groups have sold as many as 600 (raising $6000!) and as few as 2. It is really up to you.  At the HealthClub Fundraiser, we have created a short video which will show you exactly how to have a highly profitable fundraiser. Most groups easily reach their goal, and many have exceeded it.

Q.  How long does a typical fundraiser last?

A.  A typical fundraiser will last from 2-4 weeks.

Q.  Are the passes full memberships to the club or limited?

A.  Pass holders have a full membership to the term of their membership, no restrictions!  They also receive amazing incentives to join beyond the short term, if they so choose.

Q.  Are there any restrictions? 

A.  There are no restrictions with regard to the membership.  However, although anyone can purchase a 2 month pass, not everyone can redeem one for a membership.  Please see Rules.
